With something to offer everyone, Topgolf is more than a state-of-the-art driving range, and we were happy to be part of it. Topgolf has high standards for their facilities and therefore their floors. With year round operation and food & beverage service being a key part of the model, Topgolf needed floors that wouldn’t require ongoing maintenance.

Treadwell Solution

Treadwell installed heavy duty urethane cement in the kitchens and bar areas. We stained the exterior patio concrete and installed a decorative quartz epoxy on the front steps.

Benefits

The seamless quartz epoxy coating for the front steps is hardwearing, slip- and UV-resistant making it a perfect choice for an outdoor application given Kansas City’s extreme weather. 

Visitors may never see the cementitious urethane floors in the kitchens, bars, and maintenance areas, but because they’re low maintenance, they free Topgolf employees up to spend more time with their customers.

Sometimes a business needs multiple solutions. With Topgolf it was necessary to look at the project holistically and customize a solution based on function. They now have durability in food service areas, slip-resistant entry for outside entry and an easy-to-maintain surface for entertaining areas.
