Project Overview

Born in 2007 at the edge of the Flint Hills in Kansas, Tallgrass Brewery specializes in bringing the best craft beer to the Midwest. To achieve their mission, they needed a facility with high performance floors that would stand up to the abuse of a brewery day in a day out while keeping their employees safe. Scalding hot water, power washing, wet areas are all common.

Treadwell Solution 

Treadwell installed a heavy duty urethane cement floor with aggressive texture for traction in wet areas. Additionally the flooring was sloped to floor drains to promote water drainage to keep areas safe.

Benefits

Seamless cementitious urethane is a sanitary, durable floor coating that’s ideal for the food service industry.
