Chuck Anderson Ford, recognized by Ford with the President’s Award of Excellence, shows their commitment to customer satisfaction in both sales and service. The dealership faced several problems in their Service Center. Oil and auto fluids soaked into the concrete, mechanics couldn’t see well in the dark service bays, and customers didn’t have clear walk paths to stay out of work areas.

Treadwell Solution

Treadwell installed a seamless, reflective epoxy coating with bright yellow striping to mark off areas unsafe for customers.

Benefits

With the concrete epoxy sealed, no fluids can penetrate the surface. The high-gloss finish reflects light and brightens up the work bays, enhancing the mechanics’ ability to work and eliminating the need to install additional light fixtures. The yellow safety lines clearly show where customer areas end and work-only areas begin.
